In a nutshell, I am designing a system that helps a business to sell products and services to employees of other businesses. 'Other businesses' are most likely preferred customers or business partners, I'm sure you get the picture.
As part of the process I need to understand the perspectives of two types of users and I am hoping you can help by completing one or both of the following surveys.
- If you are involved in managing staff benefits, please complete the staff benefits survey. You may be, for example, a HR professional, or involved in strategic sourcing for a large organisation.
- If your business provides (at least some) consumer products or services and you are involved in sales and marketing, please complete the sales and marketing survey.
It should take around three minutes to complete one survey, and all responses will be treated as confidential.
